Operation Pulse Lift Blood Drive

Operation Pulse Lift Blood Drive

Wisconsin Wing Conference – April 11 - Chula Vista Resort

Life is Good. Make it Better — Give Blood.

Civil Air Patrol Wisconsin Wing is partnering with the American Red Cross to host a community blood drive during the Wisconsin Wing Conference.

A single blood donation can help save multiple lives. Patients with cancer and blood disorders, premature babies, trauma victims, and transplant recipients rely on blood donations every day.

We invite you to take a few minutes to give blood and make a real difference.

Blood donation is open to both members and the general public.

Operation Pulse Lift

Civil Air Patrol’s disaster relief mission includes blood support operations known as Operation Pulse Lift (OPL).

Operation Pulse Lift has become CAP’s largest humanitarian mission since World War II and the Air Force’s longest running disaster relief mission.

From 2020–2026, OPL was recognized as one of Civil Air Patrol’s Top 10 national initiatives and achievements.

The mission has received multiple honors, including:

  • President’s Volunteer Service Award

  • First Air Force (AFNORTH/AFSPACE) Commander’s Meritorious Mission Award

  • Recognition from the Defense Health Agency and Air Force Surgeon General

  • American Red Cross Biomedical Services Excellence Award (March 3, 2026)

  • American Red Cross President’s Award (April 15, 2026), the organization’s highest national honor

By donating blood at the Wisconsin Wing Conference, you directly support this lifesaving mission.
